These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coldflows platform and services operated by Rankify Australia ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use Coldflows, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
Coldflows is a fully managed cold email outreach platform. We provide domain purchasing, mailbox provisioning, email warmup, AI-generated copy, lead sourcing, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation on your behalf. You provide your business information and targeting criteria, and we handle the technical execution.
You agree to use Coldflows only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not use our service to:

Coldflows is offered as a monthly subscription service billed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We offer a 30-day results guarantee on all plans. If your campaigns do not generate any warm leads within the first 30 days of reaching full sending capacity, we will work with you to adjust targeting and copy at no additional charge. This guarantee does not entitle you to a refund but ensures we actively optimise your campaigns until results are achieved.
All content, features, and functionality of the Coldflows platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Email copy generated by our AI for your campaigns is licensed to you for use in connection with your outreach efforts.
Your use of Coldflows is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process lead data on your behalf to execute campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your target audience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldflows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Coldflows is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, response rates, or lead volumes. Email deliverability depends on many factors including your industry, offer, and target market. While we optimise continuously, results vary by account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coldflows and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your campaign data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Coldflows after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
